Delivery

Delivery will be made from our central warehouse in Frauenfeld, Switzerland. One complete delivery is made for each order.

Your goods are carefully packed and delivered to you by a parcel service. For shipments to the EU, customs clearance and import sales tax are taken over by SERTO. You receive the goods as an EU or domestic delivery.

For shipments outside the EU, SERTO will organise the transport. Costs for transport and customs as well as taxes are at your expense.
